1. By participating in this investment, I acknowledge and understand that it is structured through a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), and I will assume the role of a partner in the LLP.

2. I am aware that as a partner in the LLP, my liability is limited to my capital contribution, and I recognize the unique legal and financial implications associated with this investment structure.

3. This disclaimer underscores my understanding that the investment decision involves becoming a partner in the LLP.

4. Shuru-Up charges a 2% fee on the investments made in startups through the platform.
